**Equipment kept without payment will accrue the following charges until payment is received in full:

Endoscope rental charge of $150.00/day/scope. Electronic systems which include processor, light source, monitor, printer and cart accrue a rental charge of $175.00/day. Any damage to any equipment not paid in full will be charged normal repair charges.

Payments may be made upon placement of order by Visa, MasterCard, or electronic wire transfer of funds. Please call us directly for our wire transfer information. Payment may also be made by cash, cashiers check, company check or money order upon receipt of merchandise. Credit terms will be determined only upon completion of an approved credit application. Initial orders are prepaid or C.O.D. only.

We can ship anywhere in the World. Our products and repairs are shipped via Federal Express , UPS or DHL unless otherwise specified. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including duties and taxes for international shipments.

M.D. Endoscopy, Inc. buys, sells, trades and repairs endoscopes and all endoscopy products. We will pay you fair market value for any equipment you wish to sell or trade.

All instrumentation listed has been refurbished to meet the original manufacturers specifications and is GUARANTEED against defects in materials and workmanship for 24-Months including electronics. Repairs are guaranteed for 12- months.

Requests for return of merchandise due to buyers remorse must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Equipment must be unused and in its original condition. The equipment must be shipped prepaid within one (1) week of receipt of the returned goods authorization form from M.D. Endoscopy, Inc. We do not charge restocking fees. Customized products will only be accepted for return at the discretion of M.D. Endoscopy, Inc.

24 Month Warranty On Purchases and Complete Overhauls

MD Endoscopy Warranty Terms & Conditions for Equipment Purchases & Complete Refurbishments:

The following warranty terms will last for 24-months from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage shall include all parts (24-months) and labor (24-months) incurred to the customer from any manufacturer or replacement part defects.
  • The customer shall be responsible for parts and labor charges for any and all repairs determined by MD Endoscopy to be caused by misuse, mishandling, excessive wear & tear, or accidental damage.
  • The customer shall be responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred, if equipment is determined to be damaged through misuse or mishandling.
  • Warranty shall be null and void if determined by MD Endoscopy that the equipment has been sent to an outside vendor for parts or labor during the warranty period.
  • Warranty shall also be voided should the equipment be sold to another individual or company.

EXAMPLES of client misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage include:

  1. Puncturing the scopes internal tubing with biopsy forceps, cleaning brush, or other items.
  2. Dropping or knocking equipment.
  3. Flooding of scope or equipment through failure to adhere to leak test procedures or misuse.
  4. Instruments closed or slammed in cabinet, doorway, or similar structures.

THERE MAY BE FURTHER INSTANCES OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE NOT LISTED ABOVE, IN WHICH THE WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER PARTS OR LABOR CHARGES, MD Endoscopy RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE THIS DETERMINATION.

Warranty agreement shall begin on date of client purchase and shall run concurrently for 24 months, including weekends and holidays until expiration.

12 Month Warranty On All Repairs

MD Endoscopy Warranty Terms and Conditions for all equipment repairs:

The terms are 12-months from date of completed repair and include all parts and labor related to the actual job performed (i.e. if biopsy channel and bending rubber is replaced in original repair, then only the biopsy channel and bending rubber is warranted. No other part of the scope would be warranted)

Warranty is void if M.D. Endoscopy, Inc. determines that the original repair was damaged through mishandling, misuse, excessive wear and tear or accidental damage. All shipping and repair charges are then the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty is to the original customer, it is non-transferable to another company or individual. Warranty is void if it is determined that the repaired equipment has been sent to an outside vendor during the covered warranty period.
